Compound Intersest: Why Time is Money (And Money is Time)

Compounding interest teaches you patience

Why?
   Because:
  • You don’t see results overnight. In fact, compounding interest is actually pretty boring, it can be like watching paint dry.
Compounding interest works best with conservative investing. Not jumping on speculative and very trendy stocks, such as the meme stocks. These kind of "investments' grow fast and then crash hard to make all your gains disappear. That is not compounding value.

An investor focused on compounding interest will instead look for the company that is growing slowly and surely. Conservative investments beat out high flying “trendy” stocks time and time again.

Time is money

Wasting time means missing opportunities to earn or save money, while using time efficiently directly correlates to productivity and financial gain especially when it comes to compounding.

Make money work for you. Money invested and left alone has time. Time to grow, the more the better.

Money is time

Having money grow for you passivly, without you doing a lot of work, gives you time.

Having money also means you can buy time by outsourcing tasks. Wealth allows you to delegate chores (like cleaning, cooking, or yard work), expedite services, and skip mundane waiting, freeing up your schedule for the things you actually want to do.

Time is one resouces you can never earn more of. It is a non-renewable resource. Use it wisely. Use compounding interest.
